Frequently Asked Questions
Expert support for the world's finest carbon fiber components.
What is the ENVE Incident Protection Program?
Our Incident Protection Program covers damage to your ENVE products while riding, racing, or even during transport. We provide replacement rims or components at a significantly reduced cost to get you back on your bike as quickly as possible.
How do I determine which rim tape or tubeless valves I need?
Rim tape and valve length depend specifically on your rim depth and internal width. Each wheelset's product page includes a 'Tech Specs' section detailing the exact width of tape and the minimum valve length required for a secure tubeless setup.
Do you offer international shipping for wheels and components?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your order. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What is the lead time for custom-built wheelsets?
Custom wheelsets are hand-built in our Ogden, Utah facility. Typically, custom builds ship within 10-15 business days, though lead times may vary during peak cycling seasons or promotional events.
Can I return a product if it has been installed or ridden?
We accept returns on unused and uninstalled products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once a component has been mounted or ridden, it is no longer eligible for a standard return, but may be covered under our warranty or incident protection if a defect is present.
Are ENVE wheels compatible with all tire brands?
While our wheels are compatible with most high-quality tires, we maintain a specific 'Tire Compatibility' list for our hookless (straight-sidewall) rims to ensure maximum safety and performance. We recommend checking this list before purchasing tires for SES or G Series wheels.
