At ENVE, we stand behind our carbon craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your performance upgrades. If your gear isn't meeting your expectations, you can return new, unused products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Return Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your unused ENVE components in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, small parts, and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at a designated carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians receive and inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
